Savage Poodle

In 2010, my mom and I decided to start our own Etsy store selling vintage clothing, a mutual passion of ours. We love going to thrift stores together to hunt for vintage treasures, so we combined my computer savviness with her wealth of fashion knowledge to create the Savage Poodle Boutique. The name was inspired by our family dog, an ill-tempered standard poodle named Mambo who loved people but was not much of a fan of fellow 4-legged creatures. I am proud of this logo, because it immediately doubled as a business card design. I got a rubber stamp made for both the front and back design, then used a clear ink to stamp the design onto paper, coated the ink with gold powder, and used a heat gun to emboss it (as seen in the banner designs).
