I love living in Jersey City. It’s a diverse and culturally rich place with a burgeoning art scene. What I don’t like about it, however, is its website. It’s terribly outdated and a bit disorganized. So when I was considering doing a website redesign as a conceptual project, the choice was clear. The design should be sleek, mobile-responsive, and accessible with plenty resources for its many residents right at their fingertips. I studied the websites of NYC and other cities to find a layout that is at once uncomplicated and packed with useful information, with a clear organization that makes it easy to find what you’re looking for.
